I didn’t mention it in my previous post but I was desperately struggling to reveal these relations in such programs as QGIS (it’s free as air) and FME ( you can request a free license for home use). Read my previous post where I managed to find the gem called Nominatim while looking for something that can reveal relations between different areas in raw OSM data.
